A Celebrity is charging just 2 Crores only for 15 Minutes of her time! And that too in India! She is none other than Dusky Diva Bipasha Basu! Yes. Sahara Star, a Five Star Hotel in the suburban of Delhi, has offered Bipasha this hefty amount for performing on the evening of 31st December!
Catch here what Bipasha says about her remuneration: "All I will say it is great money and they have offered me the same deal that I got two years ago with another hotel. And it has been two years, so the rates would have gone up. Naturally the amount has to be very big or I would not be doing it." Bipasha says she will have two entries in two grand outfits performing to her hit songs and she might even do some songs from the 1970s. “John and his family and our friends will also come for the event and we will have our own party there. The hotel has agreed to host our party too", she added.
The hotel has planned to make most out of Bipasha as they call it as the happiest, happening and most sought seductive party welcoming the year 2010. Designer Rocky says, "My favourite colour for Bipasha is red. So one number is a very 40s style, vintage dress in red on red above the knee, fully tasseled in silk and clustered in red Swarovski crystals. The second dress is made of georgette, is in onion pink and completely covered in diamonds. It's a very short dress with tassels at the hem. Both the dresses are very sexy." For her 15 Minutes New Year Show, Bipasha charged 90 Lakhs in 2007, 1.5 Crores in 2009 & 2 Crores this time! You guys still murmur that in a Republic some are overstuffed with riches and others lack the very necessities.
