Ramani Arsecularatne International Academy of Cosmetology and Fine Arts (RAIA) is a premier vocational training institute in Sri Lanka. It equips more than 3,000 men and women from around the country in marketable skills and gears them to use these skills to venture out on their own and build a pleasing and profitable vocation. RAIA held its convocation ceremony on September 6, 2009 at the Oak Room, Cinnamon Grand to celebrate the graduation of 56 students who followed a one year course of "Cosmetology" and 16 other students who followed a 6 month Diploma course in hair dressing.
